 Senior Microsoft Teams Deployment EngineerAbout this positionThis role is responsible for the end-to-end management, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems across our organization. This role involves overseeing the deployment of MTR hardware, software configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless user experience in hundreds of meeting rooms. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, MTR technology, and strong project management skills. Open to candidates with extensive experience in audio visual as audio visual technicians.Job responsibilities:Deployment and Configuration:

• Lead the installation, configuration, and testing of MTR hardware and software components in meeting rooms.

• Ensure MTR systems are set up to provide reliable audio, video, and screen-sharing capabilities for meetings.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to enroll the systems into Intune with appropriate conditional policies to support security and compliance.

• Regularly update and maintain MTR bot Android and Windows leveraging the Team Rooms Pro portal monitoring firmware, software patches, and security updates.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to minimize downtime.

• Provide user support for MTR-related issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and offer timely resolutions.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate employees on MTR functionality and best practices. 

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of MTR with other collaboration tools and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance of MTR hardware. 

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.

• Implement and enforce security protocols and policies to safeguard MTR systems and sensitive data.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

• At least 8 years of experience
• MS Teams experience is required (migrating to MS Teams)
• Audio visual experience is required
• Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies.
• Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
