Job Overview:
Merchandiser for Greater Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead, North Dakota
Hiring Immediately
The Merchandiser is responsible for providing support to retail stores in the assigned territory by ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed. Brands included are 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other favorites.
About the Role

• Stock and display our products at large accounts within the territory.
• Report to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover other routes as needed.
• Utilize personal vehicle to travel between stores (products will be delivered to stores).
• Use a company-issued phone for clocking in/out and mileage tracking.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time position
• Shift starts at 6:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility for overtime as needed

About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a customer service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can work independently on assigned tasks while also enjoying interactions with others. Physical stamina is important as the majority of the shift involves lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Attention to detail and pride in your work are qualities we value.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $17.77 per hour with a higher rate of $18.70 per hour after 6 months
