Job Overview:
Merchandiser for Greater Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead, North Dakota
Immediate Hiring
We are currently looking for Merchandisers to join our team in Greater Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising efforts of Keurig Dr Pepper's popular brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and more, by ensuring their availability and visibility in retail stores within the assigned territory.
About the Role

• As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to stock and display our products on shelves and coolers in large accounts within your designated territory.
• You will report directly to the assigned stores for your scheduled shifts and may occasionally cover additional routes.
• While you will be using your personal vehicle to travel between stores, you are not responsible for transporting our products as they will be delivered directly to the stores.
• We will provide you with a company-issued phone and a programed app for clocking in/out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time position
• Shift starts at 6:00 am and ends upon completion of work
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends are required, with days off during the week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has excellent customer service skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Merchandiser, you will work independently on assigned tasks, but also have the opportunity to interact with people during your workday. This role involves physical work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products, so being physically active is important. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Able to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $17.77 per hour, with a raise to $18.70 per hour after 6 months
• Eligible for benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement (average 50 mi/wk)
