**JOB ADVERTISEMENT - CAREGIVERS NEEDED FOR MEDICALLY FRAGILE CHILDREN** NEW PAID TIME OFF (PTO) PROGRAM! Earn up to 40 hours of PTO per year! We offer competitive pay in Arizona for Licensed Health Aides (LHAs).

Are you a parent or relative of a medically fragile child in Arizona? Did you know that you can now receive training and get paid for providing care to your loved one?
In April of 2022, the Board of Nursing and Arizona State Medicaid approved the Family Licensed Health Aide Program (FLHA) . This program aims to support families with children in the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) who require skilled care. While the state is still finalizing the details, this program will provide a path for qualified family caregivers to become licensed and paid to provide skilled care, under the supervision of a registered nurse. Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is approved to train LHAs to be part of their children's care teams at home.
As an LHA, you will have the opportunity to provide various types of care to minors aged 21 and below. This includes bathing, grooming, meal preparation, medication administration, tracheostomy care, G-Tube feeding, and range of motion exercises.
