Exciting Opportunity for Caregivers of Medically Fragile Children in Arizona!Are you a parent or relative of a medically fragile child in Arizona? Did you know that you can now be trained and compensated to deliver care to your loved one?Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking caregivers to join their children's care teams at home. In April 2022, the Board of Nursing and Arizona State Medicaid approved the Family Licensed Health Aide Program (FLHA) to support families with children in the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) who have skilled needs.Here's what you need to know:- The FLHA program provides a path for qualified family caregivers to become licensed and paid to provide skilled care to their children, under the supervision of a registered nurse.- As an approved training provider, Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care can train LHAs to be part of their children's care teams at home.- LHAs can provide a range of care services, including bathing, grooming, meal prep, medication administration, and more, to minor children aged 21 or younger.- Earn up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year with our new program.- There is also a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 available!Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is committed to supporting medically complex children and being a part of the community that surrounds them.
