In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops. Your goal is to create a seamless and memorable experience for every customer. What You'll Receive
A competitive weekly base pay starting at $16.00/hour.
Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays. You will have a day off during the week when you work on Saturday.
Working hours from 8am to 5pm.

Answer incoming phone calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops.
Assess the needs of callers and resolve their concerns quickly. Escalate issues as necessary.
Schedule customer appointments, assist technicians with work order discrepancies, verify insurance coverage information, make changes to existing appointments, and answer customer questions.
Respond to emails regarding existing appointments in a professional manner. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or colleagues, if needed.
Create work orders for commercial, rental, and auction accounts.
Perform any other duties assigned to you.
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED; OR 1 to 3 years' experience in a contact center or retail services industry (preferred).
Knowledge of general business practices and terminology. Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, processes, and procedures.
Ability to use a computer with Microsoft Office suite and other standard office equipment (phones, calculators, copy machines/printers, etc.). Experience with SV2 (Point of Sale) is preferred.
Presentation of a professional appearance and adherence to personal protective equipment requirements.
Physical requirements include comfort working in a stationary, structured environment. Must demonstrate high ethical and confidentiality standards.
