As a representative, you will handle inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops. Your goal will be to ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. What You'll Receive

What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops.
Assess callers' needs and swiftly resolve concerns or escalate them when necessary.
Schedule customer appointments, assist technicians with work order discrepancies, verify insurance coverage, make changes to existing appointments, and answer customer questions.
Professionally respond to emails regarding existing appointments and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Create work orders for commercial, rental, and auction accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned, including outbound calls and administrative tasks.
What You'll Need
A high school diploma or GED, or 1 to 3 years of experience in a contact center or retail services industry (preferred).
Knowledge of general business practices and terminology, with an ability to learn new tools and technologies.
Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment, such as phones, calculators, and copy machines/printers. Experience with SV2 (Point of Sale) is a plus.
Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
Physical requirements include working in a mostly stationary, structured environment and adhering to high ethical and confidentiality standards.
