We are looking for a Field/Regional Service Representative
who can provide exceptional customer experiences. As a representative, you will handle inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops. Your goal will be to ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. What You'll Receive

What You'll Need
- Answer incoming calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops.
- Assess callers' needs and swiftly resolve concerns or escalate them when necessary.
- Schedule customer appointments, assist technicians with work order discrepancies, verify insurance coverage, make changes to existing appointments, and answer customer questions.
- Professionally respond to emails regarding existing appointments and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Create work orders for commercial, rental, and auction accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including outbound calls and administrative tasks.
- A high school diploma or GED, or 1 to 3 years of experience in a contact center or retail services industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of general business practices and terminology, with an ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment, such as phones, calculators, and copy machines/printers. Experience with SV2 (Point of Sale) is a plus.
- Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
- Physical requirements include working in a mostly stationary, structured environment and adhering to high ethical and confidentiality standards.
