Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and safe for our customers.
• Utilize Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance, such as tire replacement, lubrication, electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Collaborate with your manager and team on various projects and tasks.

General Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort using tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and be adaptable.
• Basic computer skills.
• Regular and predictable attendance is important.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, complete the application process, background screening, drug screen, and physical examination as required.

Physical Requirements:
