Here's a possible path:Delivery Driver -> Customer Accounts Advisor -> Sales Manager -> Customer Accounts Manager -> General ManagerThe DetailsWhat You Need:- Good communication skills- Basic knowledge of electronics- Desire to help customersWhat You'll Do:- Load, secure, and protect merchandise- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise- Safely operate the delivery vehicle- Assist in the store when neededAdditional Requirements:- Age: 21 (18 in Canada)- High school diploma or equivalent preferred- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll provide training and tools to do it safely)- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions- Valid driver's license required (CDL not necessary)- No overnight travel*This is an hourly wage position. The average pay mentioned includes base wages for average scheduled hours and average incentive compensation over a twelve-month period.
