The Customer Advocate is the first point of contact for our customers at Safelite. This organized and enthusiastic professional manages administrative processes, schedules appointments, handles work orders and invoices, and greets customers in person or over the phone. They ensure that every interaction with our customers is memorable.
What You'll Receive
  • Competitive weekly base pay starting at $17.50 (with consideration for experience) per hour.
  • Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (1 Saturday off per month for a 3-day weekend).
  • Hours: Tuesday to Friday - 8am to 5pm, Saturday - 7am to 5pm.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers to the shop and quickly resolve their concerns, often finding creative solutions.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, repairs, and more.
  • Ensure smooth operation by confirming and completing work order information, including insurance verification and managing additional parts and missing information.
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, and credit memos.
  • Process orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in telephone operations or business administration.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
