You may have never considered working with vehicle glass before, and that's perfectly fine! Many of our team members come from different backgrounds with little or no mechanical experience. If you are naturally curious and have a customer service mindset, we will provide the necessary training.
As an Auto Glass Technician at Safelite, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience. With our training, advanced tools, and technology, you will perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations both in our shop and on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop.
What You'll Get:

What You'll Do:
- Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services in a safe and efficient manner, focusing on exceptional customer service.
- Perform Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration using our tools and processes.
- Operate Safelite's tools and technologies proficiently, including True Seal®, Ezi-Wire™, Glass Table System (GTS), work order and customer administration systems, and Safelite's handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
- Safely operate a company fleet vehicle to travel to customer locations.
- Communicate with customers in-person, via text, and on the phone; promote and sell Safelite promotional items.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Safelite SafeTech™ certification required.
- Ability to operate a Safelite van and maintain a safe driving record.
- Flexibility with hours and workloads.
- Comfort working outside in various weather conditions.
- Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
- Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs, working at elevated heights, and standing for extended periods.
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and interpret technical directions required.
