Pay Range: $87,900.00 - $158,200.00

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Target's Arrows Leadership Development Program is a multi-year MBA supply chain leadership program designed to attract, develop, and retain talented leaders within logistics and operations.
• Through hands-on experience, presentations, and customized development, you will gain knowledge in all areas of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations while building a strong internal network.
• Key responsibilities include adding a strong professional/operations acumen, leading and managing a complex Logistics Intern project, applying cutting-edge technologies to optimize our logistics network, recommending innovative concepts, and advancing leadership and operational skills.
• You will also have the opportunity to be mentored by leaders across our Supply Chain teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or graduate program.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical), Mathematics, or Operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in complex analytical process development, Operations, manufacturing, or consulting.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle stressful situations.
• Open to relocation within the US.
