Job Details

Tapestry Managed Care Analyst are considered a subject matter expert, involved with all phases of analytic application deployment from design, to implementation, through post implementation problem solving. They independently provide an advanced level of analytics build expertise with their focus geared more towards complex and overall large projects. They offer mentorship to peers and developers and provide educational/informational sessions to improve workflows, troubleshooting, or system design pertaining to the overall team as well as internal implementation processes. Sr. Healthcare Analytics Developers complete complex data analysis across multiple data sources, domains, and entities.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities Of The Job

• Maintain high level of expertise of enterprise application systems and the industry at large.
• Develop solutions of high performance and rapid response time.
• Provide support of complex, enterprise-wide analytics systems and process and analyze information from relevant sources.
• Pursue implementation and use of new analytic features.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics packages.
• Provide insight into data lineage and transformations.
• Communicate with project management to prioritize efforts.
• Be at work and be on time.
• Follow company policies, procedures and directives.
• Interact in a positive and constructive manner.

Required Experience

• CMS claims submission and HCC coding experience. Need to understand the 837 process with MOR, MAO and MMR files and condition capture.
• Risk Adjustment model and Claims submission.
• 3 plus years of Tapestry experience (cert is a plus),
• Strong SQL Datamart,
• 5 plus years of Medicare Advantage experience,
• Epic Clarity Data Model certification in one or more modules (EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing, Prelude ADT, Radiant, Willow, Optime) or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Experience in Quality Measures Reporting preferred
• Epic build experience in a live environment strongly preferred
• Epic implementation experience specific to clinical workflows and order management strongly preferred
• 5 years of experience in a healthcare related organization
• Strong SQL Programming Skills (MS SQL Server/Oracle platforms)
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, data structures and reporting
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau dashboard, functions, features, and capabilities
• Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding reporting, workflows, policies, procedures, systems and culture in the healthcare environment
