The Customer Success Manager is a strategy-focused customer advocate responsible for the training and health of our customer base as a whole, aiming to drive value, expansion, and adoption of our products and services.The CSM will define, develop, and execute short but effective customer engagements and success strategies in order to help our customers stay engaged with our product and realize their business goals

What you will be doing 

  • Become well versed in JobNimbus products and processes
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews with key business stakeholders on a one to many basis
  • Drive value and expansion with consultative selling of products and services that will help grow product adoption and usage
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement ancillary revenue products
  • Serve as the primary resource for unassigned customers to manage and resolve any critical situations
  • Address day-to-day questions, resolve escalation issues, and communicate customer needs internally to influence business priorities
  • Proactively collaborate with low usage customers to help drive value of the JobNimbus product and prevent risk
  • Maintain customer data i.e. contacts, account health, significant events, substantive notes etc. in relevant systems
  • Work with leadership to help drive cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives that will improve the overall customer experience and lead to greater satisfaction and loyalty among customers

Skills 

  • Skilled at creating positive relationships with customers especially at the executive sponsor level
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to host virtual meetings
  • An understanding of churn and ability to combat high stress situations
  • Strong ability to create different strategies to help bring value to customers in a timely fashion
  • Ability to upsell and influence growth within a company. 
  • 2 years of customer success experience.
