Requirements & Preferences

• Python developer for android automation test scripts using test tools (e.g. Appium, UI automator tools) to test android applications
• Automation android test experience of mobile applications
• Competency of 6 QA experience in Android-only test automation
• Prefer QA from Android Mobile Device OEMs
• Prefer QA worked in Verizon FOTA/SDM requirements or OMADM
• Able to perform functional, UI, regression tests

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand project core concepts in short time
• Possess good communication/listening skills as well as being productive and reliable
• Focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables
• Able to work flexible work-hours
• Carry constant interaction with development leads/peers and device leads governing new features/functionalities introduced
• Achieve strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Find critical customer facing issues
• Excellent test coverage of requirements including grey areas
• Develop, document, execute, and maintain test cases/plans to address functional, user interface and regression testing
