JM Test Systems is Hiring a Receiving Clerk - (Mount Braddock, PA) Near Mt Braddock, PA
The receivingclerk will work within the receiving department to complete the processes inregards to writing up customers’ equipment, record-keeping, problem-solving,and customer service. The receiving clerk must be a flexible person in order tomeet the ever fluctuating demands that are required on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Required: HighSchool Diploma (or equivalent).
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience:
Previous Receiving experience not required but preferred. Training will be provided upon hire.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools isneeded and the ability to learn multiple JM Test computer programs
- Experience with customer relations or customerservice is desired. A good memory will be necessary in order toprocess the high level of paperwork accompanying the work throughout the week.
- A high level of attention to detail is needed in order to guarantee customer satisfaction andbe responsive to shifting priorities throughout the workday.
- Othercharacteristics desired: Punctual,hard-working, self-motivated, success-oriented, empathetic to internal andexternal customers, attentive to detail, calm, rational, good atproblem-solving, able to work independently, able and willing to ask for helpwhen needed, highly motivated to learn, and willing to place the needs of thebusiness and its customers above personal preferences.
