The IT Analyst reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and provides technical support and assistance to resolve problems within the organization’s technology systems and operations. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a PC computing, networking, and general IT support environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree/technical degree in Computer Science or related field, required
  • 3-5 years experience providing hardware and software support, required
  • Experience with NCR Radiant POS for Petroleum & Convenience Stores, preferred
  • Equivalent combination of formal education and professional experience, considered
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft products

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Customer service orientated
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Superior understanding of the organizations computer and networking hardware and software systems
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge of store operations and electronic payment environment in the convenience retail industry
  • Ability to collaborate with systems and network administrators to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to systems and networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Assist and facilitate training of employees on use of software
