Description

The warehouse manager will successfully manage day to day operations for a customer facing 15,000 square feet warehouse, to include receiving, shipping, inventory management, and other tasks that arise during the daily operations. Manage 1-2 hourly associates’ payroll, certificates/licenses, and any training requirements.

Job Duties:

• Prepare orders by processing transfers and creating sales orders in BC14; Pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in designated delivery areas.
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle count activities, product movement and placement. Perform duties required for receiving, identifying, labeling, material restock, put away, pick, pack, and ship activities all while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Update Min/Max items and maintain bin locations.
• Manage and Monitor Profit and Loss activities.
• Research parts for customers and Service Technicians.
• Facilitate customer core returns and warranty returns
• Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, implementing changes.
• Work in a safe and healthy work manner, following company safety guidelines, wearing appropriate safety equipment when required, and complying with industry standards and procedures. Enforces property protection and access policies and procedures.
• Manage and schedule customer/technician deliveries, as well as physical delivery of product/equipment. 

Requirements

• General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory control systems.
• Experience with warehouse cycle count activities, shipping, receiving, and storage.
• Experience with bar coding, data entry and ERP systems.
• Minimum educational requirements: High School, Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of Warehouse Operations / Supervisory experience
• Excellent Communication / Written Skills
• 5 Years Petroleum Industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meet the required MVR standards and obtain a DOT card.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
