Description

The Compliance Manager’s primary duty is to manage the daily Petroleum Compliance operations in their area. This includes daily interactions with compliance technicians and customers across the assigned territory. While maximizing efficiency and maintaining excellent safety standards. The Compliance Manager is responsible for achieving a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and adhere to JF Petroleum Groups safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions
• Ensure Compliance Technicians are completing testing and inspections to a high standard.
• Review KPIs and take required actions as needed.
• Work with all team members so they understand and meet customer’s goals and expectations
• Work with the Training team to ensure technicians and self are up to date on training and certifications
• Assist technicians in field when necessary
• Ensure technicians are in proper uniform presenting a quality image and professional demeanor.
• Ensure company vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained
• Manage and report on department P&L. Making decisions and/or recommendations to Senior Management regarding opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• High school Degree or equivalent is required, college degree is preferred
• Valid driver’s license, must be able to pass internal safety review
• Five years’ experience in a leadership role, within the petroleum industry is preferred
• Experience working with Veeder Root, FE Petro, Petro-Tite, Alert, Redjacket is preferred
• Corresponding State compliance certifications or able to achieve timely
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, etc.)
• P&L management experience
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and work safely in a high traffic area
• Work flexible hours, including some overnights, and willingness to travel as needed
• Must be eligible to work in the US
