Description

Trio Home Health is searching for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our corporate HR team in Denton, TX. This is a full time position with benefits. The Human Resources Coordinator performs daily HR administration activities for our corporate HR Department. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage items received Centralized HR inbox and distribute appropriately
  • Manage all inquiries received related to verifications of employment/income 
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Knowledge of Benefit Administration (managing and maintaining of - FMLA, STD/LTD, 401K, other medical benefit, and benefit reporting)
  • Social media management
  • Contract Employment onboarding/offboarding
  • Assist with other HR duties that may not be covered here
  • Associated topics: advisor, business partner, consultant, generalist, human resources associate, human resources generalist, operations partner, professional, representative 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline required; OR a minimum of 5 years of comparable HR-related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in using computers and understanding diverse software systems
  • Proficiency in using Social Media
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Have the ability to work independently and to handle sensitive employee and company information in a confidential manner
  • Be adept at communicating with a broad range of individuals and possess excellent customer service skills
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks appropriately, and finish work within deadlines
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze received information to determine proper compliance
  • Ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations, and ability to give presentations to employees
  • Experience in preparing and leading presentations and/or public speaking, both in person and remotely
  • Demonstrated experience in HR
  • Demonstrated experience using HR information systems
