Description
Trio Home Health is searching for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our corporate HR team in Denton, TX. This is a full time position with benefits. The Human Resources Coordinator performs daily HR administration activities for our corporate HR Department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage items received Centralized HR inbox and distribute appropriately
- Manage all inquiries received related to verifications of employment/income
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Knowledge of Benefit Administration (managing and maintaining of - FMLA, STD/LTD, 401K, other medical benefit, and benefit reporting)
- Social media management
- Contract Employment onboarding/offboarding
- Assist with other HR duties that may not be covered here
- Associated topics: advisor, business partner, consultant, generalist, human resources associate, human resources generalist, operations partner, professional, representative
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline required; OR a minimum of 5 years of comparable HR-related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in using computers and understanding diverse software systems
- Proficiency in using Social Media
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Have the ability to work independently and to handle sensitive employee and company information in a confidential manner
- Be adept at communicating with a broad range of individuals and possess excellent customer service skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks appropriately, and finish work within deadlines
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze received information to determine proper compliance
- Ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations, and ability to give presentations to employees
- Experience in preparing and leading presentations and/or public speaking, both in person and remotely
- Demonstrated experience in HR
- Demonstrated experience using HR information systems
