Job Description

We are looking to add two (2) new Associate Agents to our award-winning District Office in Salem. As an Associate Agent you will market, sell, and service insurance for individuals, families, and small businesses. You are business owner from day one, everything you sell, you own.

You have flexible hours and receive hands-on daily training and support from our highly experienced District Office team. You will earn a monthly base stipend and commission based on your sales production. You will also receive sales leads and tools to help you have a fast start.

Responsibilities

• Sales lead tracking and management using CRM tools
• Multi-channel prospecting including substantial phone and email follow-up
• Development and presentation of insurance proposals
• Professional networking including social media, business to business, referral groups, etc.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of sales and professional office experience
• Ability to obtain or already carry insurance licenses
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take risks
• Great self-starter and operate with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• College degree preferred but not required
