We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Safety Coordinator for our Safety Department. Reports directly to the Safety Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support as well as the following:

* Onboarding of driver's documents in the hiring process

* Tracking Hours of Service for Truck Drivers

* DQ Files

* Personnel Files

* Scheduling random and appointment related drug tests for drivers and reporting results.

The candidate must have at least two (2) years of Administrative Assistant experience, Transportation/Trucking experience is a plus. The candidate must possess a willingness to learn. Willing to train the right individual.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
