The Salesforce Developer will join the team of 10 global associates across US, India (COE). They are part Corporate Engineering team who leverage cutting edge technologies such as Salesforce, Low Code to deliver innovative solutions for BYonders and customers. The team is seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams. We’re looking for quick learners that are adaptable, willing to experiment and learn quickly from failure. The Salesforce Developer, will: Work within team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, user story development, developing the user story, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, and supporting implementations. Support will be provided for Salesforce CPQ/Conga CLM Current technical environment: Salesforce.com: Salesforce CRM, workflows, Approval processes, reports dashboards, Apex coding, Object Relationships, Sharing Settings, Page layouts, Record Types, Schema Builder, Formula Validations. Languages: Apex, JavaScript Tools: VS Code, Force.com Eclipse IDE, Data loader, Command Line Data Loader, Migration Tools, ANT, Work Bench GUI: Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SLDS (Salesforce Lightning Designing System) Frameworks: JavaScript, Coveo, open source What we are looking for: 5 years of development experience in Salesforce.com using Apex, Lightning, Triggers and other OOB automation tools. 3 years of hands-on experience on Conga CLM and/or Salesforce CPQ Develop Software solutions using Salesforce.com API Framework and 3rd Party API's. Experience/Knowledge of Java script frameworks, Service and Community clouds is add-on Expertise with Process Builder/Flows Proficient with out of the box lightning features. Work with senior members to analyze the requirements and transforming those requirements into customized solutions in Salesforce platform.
