Blue Yonder Title Account Based Marketing Manager Location Virtual, Scottsdale or Dallas Overview The Account Based Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of driving growth in the Americas region by fostering a connected sales and marketing experience. This role will bring teams together and create high levels of collaboration and partnership across various stakeholders; including product marketing, sales, and integrated demand generation teams to align on the end-to-end components of the ABM programs and ensure execution across multiple channels aligns to the overarching ABM strategy. Scope: Our passionate, high-performance Americas Demand Generation team is looking for a new talent to drive industry innovation for ABM at-scale, designing a more deeply connected sales and marketing motion. This role will execute the end-to-end business strategy for intent- and account-based marketing programs in the Americas region. As an ABM marketing manager, you will execute a holistic plan across industry, sales, business development, product marketing, and the broader marketing ecosystem, to align on key business priorities and outcomes. Your coverage will span across sales strategy alignment, account targeting, customer journeys, digital demand generation, and performance and measurement, with direct line of sight to business outcomes. This role requires data-driven marketing expertise, with a passion to serve and accelerate sales. Candidates should have a history of driving change and innovation, with the ability to not only identify areas of improvement but have a proven track record of creating execution plans that can scale globally to drive business impact. To be successful in this role, individuals should be a strong proponent of marketing technology and operations. Depth of experience in project management and driving results across cross-functional teams is key. What you will do: Execute the end-to-end ABM strategy for North America Americas region: Responsible for building and managing the channels for account-based marketing that drive revenue. These channels will include email (outbound and nurture), digital marketing (social, retargeting, display, etc.) in-person and virtual events, custom content and direct mail Responsible for pipeline creation among qualified and educated prospects by developing and executing new strategies and plans that drive market visibility, generate demand and achieve business and/or revenue goals Responsible for setting account-based marketing goals and metrics, selecting target and reach methods, developing the most compelling offers and campaigns for clients and prospects, and reporting on the program’s success Learning and understanding Blue Yonder’s client base, the decision-making process and how lead generation should best address and support our ideal customer profile and key sales stakeholders Participate in strategy alignment across regions, enabling effective sharing of business insights, cross-team collaboration, and budget management Drive new ABM capabilities that enable sellers to act as marketers, nurturing and reaching out to their customers in a curated, simplified way Develop strong relationships with sales leadership and reps to become the face of ABM go-to-market, strategy, and reporting. What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in an account-based marketing role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS company Proven track record of successfully launching, managing and tracking marketing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account-based marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenue Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international markets Prior experience working closely with the sales and business development team to achieve mutual results Proven track record to exceed expectations, have high impact, and deliver results Demonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics, metrics and working within automation tools such as Marketo, SFDC, 6Sense or similar Experience working with a creative team and building campaign briefs Excellent project management skills *LI-EW1 Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
