Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain supply chain inventory and records as well as ensuring dry inventory availability
• Generate reports/analytics using data contained in the databases
• Create timely ad-hoc reports on an as-needed basis
• Develop and maintain carrier scorecards
• Collaborate with the headquarters cross functional partners
• Dissect and analyze freight data to identify potential areas of opportunity
• Collaborate with management to provide reporting and analysis of KPIs
• Become an expert in our current TMS Platform and serve as the business resource for upcoming projects/rollouts
• Manage 3rd party carrier relationships
• Maintain inventory by reconciling order discrepancies and also ensuring synchronization between Wild Fork Foods and 3PL for inventory and cycle count execution
• Monitor Logistics processes and procedures for efficiency
• Perform other related duties, as assigned

Work Environment:

• 10-20% travel to stores to conduct audits and develop store relationships
• Work from our regional office 9:00 – 5:00 with some flexibility working on the weekends

 Qualifications:

• Associate in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
• Retail experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication with external and internal clients
• SAP experience highly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible, working in both team and independent settings
• Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to find a simple solution to a complex problem
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
