Feed Mill Supervisor

 We have implemented safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are working to ensure social distancing within our facility. We have installed physical barriers throughout our facility such as plexi-glass or plastic barriers between team member work stations. Each day, temperature screens are performed for each employee and visitor before entering the facility. Face coverings are provided and required over the mouth and nose at all times when inside the facility, and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.

GENERAL SUMMARY:Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor feed sampling.• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.• Match feed delivery tickets, etc.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions.

EDUCATION:

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
