The Lead Bartender assists the Restaurant Supervisor and Manager in controlling liquor inventories, liquor cost, rotation of stock, training new employees and maintenance of the bar areas. This position provides timely, accurate and friendly service and the highest quality beverages while performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Must be 21 years of age and have extensive knowledge of liquor mixed drinks, beer, wine and food.
