This hands-on paid position is perfect for someone wanting to know what a typical day is like and has the desire to run a business. Full training is provided, from marketing, sales. staffing, customer service and insurance knowledge. The outcome of the Protege Program is to prepare you to own your own agency.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

What kind of training will I receive?

No, this position offers a combination of base salary, commission, and bonus.

Absolutely not! You don't need to know anything about insurance to apply. We provide all the training and support to help make this a successful career for you!

Would I have to purchase my own leads?

No, all leads will be provided to you at no cost.

Responsibilities for Insurance Producer:

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Communicating with our incoming leads

Establish/follow up with potential clientele

Evaluating customer needs/opportunities

Illustrate and teach the benefits of our service and products

Qualifications:

MUST be coachable

Must be self-motivated and determined

Insurance experience not required

Strong communications skills

Must be willing to obtain Property/Casualty & Life/Health insurance licenses
