As an insurance producer, you will implement marketing strategies to develop a strong network of prospective clients, develop leads and conduct them via phone and face-to-face. You will service existing clients and conduct annual reviews to seek opportunities and present products to enhance their insurance portfolio.

What kind of training will I receive?

We invest in you to help you succeed and achieve your career aspirations. You will receive hands on training and support via classroom style or one on one exclusively offered by District 25.

Is this a commission-only position?

No, this position offers a combination of base salary, commission, and bonus.

Do I need prior insurance sales experience to apply?

Absolutely not! You don't need to know anything about insurance to apply. We provide all the training and support to help make this a successful career for you!

Would I have to purchase my own leads?

No, all leads will be provided to you at no cost.


Responsibilities


Responsibilities for Insurance Producer:

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Communicating with our incoming leads

Establish/follow up with potential clientele

Evaluating customer needs/opportunities

Illustrate and teach the benefits of our service and products

Qualifications:

MUST be coachable

Must be self-motivated and determined

Insurance experience not required

Strong communications skills

Must be willing to obtain Property/Casualty & Life/Health insurance licenses
