The Corporate Trainer is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational training and development needs; and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members.

This is a 45 – 60-day assignment.

What you will be Doing:

  • Deliver a combination of core learning and development solutions targeted at various levels of the organization and aligned to business needs.
  • Work with appropriate department heads to define performance problems, design an action plan, and implement solutions that deliver expected results.
  • Execute and improve the Sales Orientation program to help promote quicker success.
  • Consult with senior leaders to diagnose existing challenges to effectiveness and develop a comprehensive solution to address gaps and achieve results.
  • Manage multiple training development projects with high complexity.

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of hands-on/applied experience in the areas above
  • Background in adult learning principles, ADDIE modeling, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with training material design, development, and delivery
  • Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism
  • Creativity, self-confidence, and a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work in a process-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-educator who is in tune with changing dynamics in the field of learning
  • Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, able to manage multi-step procedures, and handle frequent interruptions in workflow and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
