*Role Summary*: This is a multi-faceted position responsible for catering and operational duties required in order to reach our goal of providing our Corporate Clients with an exceptional event and outstanding customer service. Specific duties will vary according to the events requirements.
*Responsibilities*:
* Helps prepare items for catering events, VIP events, etc. as assigned by Catering and Back of House Managers.
* Preparing, plating, garnishing and serving cooked items provided from our third party providers.
* Creative display of our catered items to ensure eye appeal to our clientele.
* Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, comfortability with servicing V.I.P. guests.
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 15 lbs.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events thru out the day.
* Marketing our clients and Events by M representing both in a professional manner
* Ability to work normally within business hours but also have availability occasionally to work weekends and after hours.
* Work effectively with vendors to solve any delays or critical issues that may occur.
