Job Summary

We are looking for an IT support person to join our growing team! Day to day duties are to support our internal employees so they can do their jobs and service our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Log, investigate and solve technical issues
• Document work performed using ticketing system
• Install, configure and troubleshoot devices when necessary (desktops, laptops, printers and all peripherals)
• Perform hardware and software upgrades on end-user devices
• Setting up/Removing accounts for users

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be proficient with windows 10/11
• Professionalism and strong communication skills 
• Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff
• Problem-solving skills
• Multitasking skills
• Attention for detail

DESIRED TRAITS:

• Past helpdesk experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds knowledge
• Office 365 Knowledge
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Understanding of Networking
• Scripting with Powershell

M - F from 7:30am - 4:30pm in office
