Our firm is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The position will be the primary point of contact for all business intelligence and data analytics projects. The Project Manager will work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives for each project including preparing functional requirements. This role will develop detailed project plans that outline all deliverables, milestones and timelines for each project, including project oversight to ensure that all deliverables are met according to the project plan. The Project Manager will conduct regular status check-ins with project team members to ensure progress is being made and identify any potential roadblocks as well as coordinate with client IT for handover of automation and move to production.

What you'll bring to the table:

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance or related discipline as well as 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.
• The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a strong understanding of automation and data visualization
• Experience leading and managing complex data projects from start to finish
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Self-driven, demonstrates initiative and able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to positively and proactively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High-level analytical and reasoning skills
• Prepare reports and presentations on project findings for internal and external audiences
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics trend and best practices to ensure projects are using the most effective methods
• Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive environment
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
