WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you are a key member of the US Accounting team and an integral part of JAGGAER’s revenue process. You will be primarily responsible monitoring and reporting on the order to cash process in accordance with US GAAP in a SaaS environment. Reporting to the Global Director, Revenue Management & Reporting, you will also be responsible for performing research and analysis on issues that arise as part of the monthly close process, customer inquiries, account reconciliations, supporting other revenue accountants in the order to cash process, and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Principal Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supporting the order to cash process for all North America customers. This includes order review, invoicing reviews, customer inquiries, and other revenue accounting support to ensure transactions accurately recorded in accordance with US GAAP and according to management policies

· SaaS metric reporting including US Revenue Actuals, Retention reporting, and Annual Recurring Revenue reporting

· Perform other monthly reporting and analysis

· Document processes and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness

· Perform monthly revenue accounting close responsibilities, including oversight, support and review of receivable schedules, account reconciliations, roll forwards, journal entries, and close package

· Responsible for developing and maintaining effective internal controls around financial reporting for the above areas.

· Assist with annual audit

· Assist with process improvements

Position Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

· B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced, rapidly changing accounting team, CPA preferred

· Advanced Excel skills

· SaaS and/or Software revenue recognition experience preferred

· Familiarity with SalesForce, NetSuite or similar ERP systems

· Experience with frequent interaction to internal and external customers

- Possesses the intellectual curiosity, integrity, judgment and ownership mentality that are necessary to function in an accountant role in a Private or Publicly-traded Company.

· Highly motivated individual looking for growth in SaaS environment.

· Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
