Join Lickety Split's dynamic team as a Handyman with a multifaceted skill set encompassing general carpentry, drywall repairs, concrete finishing, landscaping/yard work, and equipment operation. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetics, functionality, and safety of our residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Execute general carpentry tasks like framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
• Perform drywall repairs and finishing, including texture application and painting.
• Handle concrete finishing tasks such as pouring, leveling, and surface finishing.
• Contribute to landscaping and yard work, including mowing, weeding, and planting.
• Operate and maintain various equipment, ensuring they're in optimal condition.
• Address maintenance requests promptly and complete work orders efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage supplies and materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Handyman roles, proficient in carpentry, drywall repair, concrete finishing, landscaping/yard work, and equipment operation.
• Mastery of hand and power tools pertinent to the job.
• Thorough understanding of construction and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Physical fitness for manual labor and lifting heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
