Established aftermarket parts and machinery company located in North Wales, Pa is looking for a responsible and reliable individual to perform a variety of tasks with primary responsibility revolving around Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity and will be in office Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p.

Job Responsibilities:

• All aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions - Verify, match, enter vendor invoices, correspond with vendors, communicate, and work out discrepancies, and help with sending out payments.
• Review several monthly credit card statements, gather receipts, POD’s and invoices, reconcile the statements, and enter into company software.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Responsible for sending out customer Invoices, reconciling payables.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a steady flow of paperwork and emails
• Ability to multitask and process multiple activities throughout the day
• Two years of Accounts Payable processing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily in Word & Excel
• Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Strong customer service skills
