The Sales Development Representative position in the J. J. Keller Sales Academy is a lucrative role with a direct career-path to an Inside Sales position.
Upon completion of the Sales Academy program, associates will transition into an Inside Sales position, where you’ll consult with new and existing customers to uncover challenges in their workplace and partner with them to find solutions to keep their employees safe. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $49,000.00 to $55,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location. Note that J. J. Keller is not currently recruiting employees to work in California. J. J.
