The ideal candidate must understand how SEO directly impacts marketing efforts, be detail-oriented and deeply analytical, with at least five years of experience in leading SEO strategy. The SEO landscape is ever-changing, so we will require someone who remains up to date on algorithm updates and industry trends. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Day-to day management of company websites including jbhunt.com, jbhunt.jobs and drivejbhunt.com Drive organic traffic to increase conversions and revenue growth for organic efforts Direct management of SEO team Run and analyze technical audits of websites, making recommendations on updates Liaise with web development team on site updates and manage website project list, including queued, current and completed projects Manage content in a CMS Compile, analyze and report on organic web efforts to peers and leadership Provide best practice recommendations for content strategy, including on-page optimization, keyword management, content audits and traffic analysis Perform testing on websites for optimization Work with internal marketing team and external partners to ensure goals are met Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English or a similar degree area with at least 5 years related marketing experience required and management experience, overseeing a combination of projects OR High School degree or equivalent with 7 years direct experience Preferred Qualifications: 5-7 years of professional experience of SEO management Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, including Search Console Familiarity with SEO industry tools similar to Screaming Frog, SEM Rush and others Starting Pay Range: $65,380-81,710 base salary Education: Bachelors: Advertising (Required), Bachelors: Business Administration/Management (Required), Bachelors: Marketing (Required), GED (Required), High School (Required) Work Experience: Marketing, Project Management Job Opening ID: 00419512 SEO Manager, Remote (Open) “This job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
