Job Title: Digital Media Buyer Department: Sales, Marketing & Product Management Country: United States of America State/Province: Arkansas City: Lowell Full/Part Time: Full time Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on management of our digital marketing campaigns. This role will live on our digital marketing team collaborating on campaign management, data analysis, and digital strategy to drive strong results for J.B. Hunt. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns through Facebook, Google, Bing, and other DSPs. Daily campaign analysis to drive ongoing optimization. Coordinate with our creative teams on needs and regular ad creation/component/content testing. Build relationships with vendors and stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends that improve the performance of our campaigns. Collaborate with the appropriate teams to support overall business goals. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to make informed, data-driven decisions. Monitor and evaluate market trends to use in decision making. Research diverse markets and analyzes information to find the most favorable media source(s)/channel(s) for a project. Identify target audiences and ensure that media reaches these audiences at the right time. Proactively provide recommendations by considering timing, performance, and sourcing metrics. Analyze the effectiveness of the campaign and use data to plan future campaigns. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that focus on driving measurable results through the email, paid digital channels, social media and SEO/SEM. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field with at least 3 years as a Media Buyer or Marketing analytics role. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of digital advertising experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other DSP’s. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, UA and GA4. Awareness of online marketing best practices and interest in following advertising and media trends. Experience in managing digital B2B and lead generation campaigns is preferred. Self-starter, proactive, and capable of creating solutions and solving problems. Ability to develop comprehensive digital media plans. Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Fast learner who will embrace the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly. Precise and effective communication skills and the ability to influence others. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced team environment. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong sense of accountability and sound personal judgment. CRM experience: Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred.
