This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing Team by creating high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing material while ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms. This person is also responsible for gathering project information and images from internal clients across the company. They assist with content creation for internal and external communications. This role provides flexibility with work location with periodic requirements to go into our Chicago and Rosemont offices. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations Team to develop qualifications, proposals, and presentations
• Assist with content creation and designing marketing collateral
• Support content creation for both internal and external company websites and social media efforts 
• Contribute to planning and coordinating special events, conferences, and tradeshows 
• Promote corporate branding standards across the Organization
• Articulate the company's message and assure consistency across all media
• Coordinate public relations and photography
• Maintain digital assets, i.e., photographs and marketing files
• Assist with market research and business development activities
• Help maintain marketing and business development calendar
• Maintain marketing and promotional supplies inventory
• Assist with database and file management, and data entry
•  Perform other related duties as may be required and assigned

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 0-3 years of marketing experience preferably in the A/E/C industry
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop
• Experience with Illustrator and Lightroom is a plus
• Experience with data entry, database management, content creation, and social media
• Familiarity with online platforms including WordPress is a plus
• Experience with photography is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong writing/proofreading skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Self-starter
