We are a busy three doctor hospital looking to add a part time receptionist to our team!

We are looking for someone who is able to juggle multiple things at once. Must have a can-do attitude. Must have customer service experience. We see small animals and exotics(including monkeys and other more exotic pets), so candidate must be willing to be around all types of animals.

We currently only have a few hours available at the moment so please apply only if the hours below work for you. With that being said there is always opportunity to pick up shifts if needed or to cover request offs as needed.

• Tuesday 1:45pm-6pm
• Thursday 7:45am-12pm
• Saturday 8:45am-1pm

Having experience working in an animal hospital is preferred but not required.

This would be a great experience for any Veterinary Technician students wanting to get their foot in the door at an animal clinic.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Setting up new patient accounts
• Taking care of clients
• Writing down doctor notes and making sure doctors receive them
• Working cash drawer
• Cleaning
• Taking care of household pets
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
