Overview

The position has a hybrid work schedule that averages 1 day a week in the office with the remainder of the time spent remotely. Depending on the business needs, the amount of in-office time could be more some weeks. Gateway Plaza is the home office location.

The Lead Senior Financial Analyst supports the annual budget process for the System, including both operating and capital planning. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact-based decision making. Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance or related field a plus.
•Requires 3 years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
