We are currently seeking an IT Operations and Support Analyst I to join the Information Services Technology Division on the Tier 2 Support Team. Join an innovative and collaborative Operations team which assists staff and partners throughout the State of Idaho. This is a full time, permanent position located in our Twin Falls office. This position provides excellent customer service, consultation and technical support to management and staff in resolving problems with computer systems, services, and equipment.
