ITS - Internet Testing Systems is Hiring a Remote Business Development Representative

Internet Testing Systems (ITS) is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team (Remote). NO 3rd party resumes will be accepted. 

ITS is a rapidly growing technology company providing cutting-edge technology and quality service to the computer-based testing industry. The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities within all ITS market segments and overseeing the sales cycle from beginning to end. This individual represents the ITS brand and will use their knowledge of ITS core products to connect with customers and guide them through the sales cycle 

The Successful Business Development Representative will: 

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads for ITS core products 
  • Keep CRM (Dynamics) current by logging calls, appointments, tasks, notes, and relevant customer information 
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to prospective customers through various channels (in person, virtually, over the phone) 
  • Work with Business Manager to develop strategic plans for growing new business opportunities within all market segments
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team, sharing feedback from conversations with prospective clients to help drive strategy 
  • Keep current on ITS product offerings and advocate for enhancements to solutions  
  • Prepare and present internal sales reports and presentations when needed 
  • Attend and represent ITS at industry tradeshows

  • Ability to build new client relationships 
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to customers 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills \Excellent in delivering partner-focused solutions 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong technical background or equivalent experience  
  • 2 years of business-to-business sales or partner management 
  • 2 years knowledge or experience in test development and/or test delivery 
  • Proven success in networking and influencing decision-makers 
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
