Itility is Hiring a Remote Capture Manager

Overview

ITility is seeking an experienced, energetic, results-oriented Capture Manager to aid in developing Business Development capabilities from pre- and post-capture levels through to successful bids. As Capture Manager, you will have a reputation of leveraging existing relationships and building new relationships with a focus on meeting the customer's needs.

Responsibilities

The Capture Manager will develop an overall account strategy, help identify business opportunities, lead overall capture efforts, and assist with developing winning proposals. This individual will work closely with Corporate Leadership, Business Development, Technical Staff, and Program Managers to drive Capture activities and support Business Development and Proposal functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account and capture plans, formulate winning capture strategies and obtain resources necessary to execute capture plans.
  • Proactively manage relationships with both clients and partners with an established network throughout communities of interest.
  • Assist with proposal development.
  • Lead development of internal teaming and capabilities gap analysis, competitive assessments, discriminators and key win themes, price to win, and overall win strategy and value proposition.
  • Shape opportunities to position ITility throughout the opportunity life cycle.
  • Develop compelling solutions that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support development of proposal volumes which may require writing, editing, and reviewing content.
  • Develop and present oral proposals, if required.
  • Conduct various color reviews as part of the Business Development life cycle.
  • Build relationships across all levels in the organization and within the customer environment.
  • Lead and Participate in Capture/pipeline meetings to provide insight and updates to opportunities tracked.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7-10 years of progressive business development/capture management responsibilities in the Federal market
  • Currently possess DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance level upon hire
  • Current U.S. passport or ability to obtain. Ability to travel occasionally, when required, to include international travel
  • Proven record of successfully managing capture efforts in the Federal contracting space, winning awards over $50M as the Capture manager
  • Prior experience as Capture Manager or in a lead capture role for no less than 3 winning procurements within the past 5 years
  • Extensive knowledge of the federal procurement process as well as a strong proven capability to apply process-driven capture approaches throughout the business capture lifecycle
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, to maximize probability of win and define competitive positioning, win strategy, themes and discriminators
  • Strong knowledge of industry participants providing the customer with solutions and high-end services support
  • Demonstrated solid performance conducting various color reviews with ability to provide critical analysis during the process
  • Prior experience in proposal writing, work breakdown structures, basis of estimates, storyboards and narrative solution content
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including the ability to produce compelling solutions that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working or doing business with SOCOM strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with military training is strongly preferred
  • Prior active-duty service in Special Operations is preferred
  • Prior experience with Enterprise IT is a plus.
  • A critical thinker, able to develop solutions that exceeds the customer’s requirements
