Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Background in heavy industrial/manufacturing work
• Knowledge of the codes and standards of electrical design and installations as required by the NEC
• Knowledge of low- and medium- voltage power distribution systems
• Knowledge of plant infrastructure and equipment installation design
• Working knowledge of industrial control systems, including but not limited to DCS, PLC's and HMI's
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and onsite as necessary
• Travel to site may vary, should not exceed 25%

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program in Electrical Engineering
• PE required (EIT certified with the ability to obtain the PE within a years' time will be considered)

EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of industrial and/or manufacturing experience
• Plant engineering experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Procore experience is a plus
