It's Your Move, LLC is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Gadsden, AL
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to patient care and compassionately working with patients. The responsibilities of this position will include collecting patient information, tracking patient billing information, scheduling appointments and assisting with general office duties such as copying, faxing and data entry. The Medical Assistant will also assist the Psychiatrist with medical screening, as well as preparing patients for appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Access patient medical information.
- Communicate with medical professionals and technicians on relevant patient information.
- Assist patients with dressing and grooming tasks.
- Inform patients about medical procedures and treatments.
- Help patients use the bathroom and move safely in bed or chairs.
- Clean patient rooms and belongings.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
