We make and bottle our own gourmet food products to sell in our shop, farmers markets, and many stores in the Omaha/Lincoln area. We are looking for a positive, reliable employee to join our team and help us grow. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Skills Required:

Job duties:

· Bottling honey products

· Processing jams, jellies, mustards, salsas, and bbq sauces

· Processing fruits and vegetables

· Dishes (no grease used in our kitchen)

· Coordinating and supervising kitchen staff and duties

· Hiring and Training

· Other special projects

· Custodial Duties

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

· Perform extended periods of standing, reaching, grasping, bending and sitting in different physical environments

· You will be expected to maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to maximize productivity

· Ability to read and understand instructions, written and oral

· Good eyesight is important for this position

Additional Qualifications:- Prior experience working in a commercial kitchen is required

· A minimum of High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Hours Required:

· We are open 7 days a week and you will have 2 days off per week

· Our business hours are 9:00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

· During peak season additional hours may be available

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
