We are seeking a proactive site manager with some office services experience who is ready to step into a team leadership role! You will oversee and execute all site operations pertaining to mail, print and office services. Prior management experience is preferred - ideal candidates will be ready to grow their career/existing skills in facilities and office services and to take advantage of our cross-training programs toward advancement opportunities!

Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00/hour USD, DOE Paid Parking is included!
The main responsibilities for the Site Manager include coordination of the service team and completion of daily support needs including mail, incoming and outgoing deliveries and print needs for game days and events. Other key activities include upkeep of physical site through light facilities support work and effective team management and coordination of office services.
People Management - Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work, manage/train/coach employees to develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction, and ensure the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees.
Customer Relationship Management - Maintain effective written and oral communications with both customers and employees, and accurately prepare and distribute management reports to the client in a timely and consistent manner.
Account Management - Pro-actively and consistently develop new procedures to improve the operation of the site and to lower operating costs and maximize productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.
Other tasks as assigned.
1-2 Years experience in a related office services and/or facilities type role is required. Leadership experience is strongly preferred, willingness and ability to lead and manage a team is required. Other qualifications include:
