Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with isolved's diverse client base. You add value to the isolved experience by sharing relevant industry news, asking insightful questions and offering HRIS solutions that save your clients' time, money and frustration. As a trusted advisor, you actively contribute to the company's sales success in a professionally deliberate and quantifiable manner.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of isolved's robust suite of SaaS offerings

  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate your clients' needs with a minimum of 30% of working

  • hours on the phone

  • Perform as an advisor and consultant to our clients in regard to their HRIS needs

  • Communicate the benefits of our HCM software and People Services in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner

  • Upsell clients while maintaining the feelings of goodwill that create clients for life

  • Negotiate upsell addendums on isolved's behalf.

  • Update our CRM with relevant client notes and marketing program designations

  • Collaborate with Relationship Management team on complex client service opportunities

Essential Requirements:

  • 2 years of inside sales experience with a company dedicated to software or PEO

  • Proven relationship-building abilities

  • The insight and maturity to "manage up" to high-ranking decision makers in companies of

  • varying size and scope

  • A passion for technology

Preferences:

  • 3 years of inside sales experience with a company dedicated to software or PEO

  • Outreach experience

  • Robust HCM experience

  • A drive to learn and continually improve sales, business and interpersonal skills

Location (On-Site): The Sales Account Manager will be working full-time, Monday - Friday, on-site located in our Charlotte, NC office.

During these exceptional times, isolved is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees. If you are located near an isolved office, you may be asked to pick up your equipment and complete a short onboarding session on your first day. The onboarding experience and subsequent tasks will continue at the remote location of your choice until it is safe to return to a traditional office environment. Should your remote work situation prove challenging for your professional success, isolved will consider limited on-site access for compelling cases.

Duration: This is a full time position.
